I started a 4-month body transformation program with Natalia because I wanted to reach the next level of fitness. As a woman in her 40s, I had multiple goals, addressing stubborn belly fat and a slowing metabolism, reshaping my food habits, and seeking hormonal balance. For the past 2 years, I had tried different approaches but nothing was really working or moving the needle. I needed holistic guidance, and Natalia delivered!

She tailored everything to my goals: fat loss, muscle gain, and ab definition, alongside balancing macros and managing cravings. Her program, broken down into clear daily goals with tracking apps, showed results quickly. Within the first 2 weeks, I saw weight loss and reduced body fat. Before working with Natalia, I was strength training once a week and doing some cardio, but I wasn't seeing any real progress in my weight or physical results. As a woman in my early 40s, maintaining a weight I felt comfortable with had become increasingly challenging.

I first discovered Natalia through a friend on Instagram, and seeing my friend's transformation inspired me to reach out. I signed up in July, and with a structured weekly plan that included strength and abs training, I quickly realized the biggest game changer was nutrition. Working out has always been part of my life since a young age. However, I never felt like this properly reflected on my body. I had visible body fat and very little definition because I did not pay attention to my nutrition at all. I never felt truly confident in my clothing and always had big insecurities about my body. I would always start a "diet" on Mondays and then binge eat on weekends, only to start again on mondays. I was stuck in a vicious circle without proper guidance on how to loose the last 5 kilos of fat that have always bugged me.

Natalia's approach is hyper-personnalized. She includes the healthy foods you love in your diet and provides a training plan according to your goals. I have seen many trainers online that propose 1:1 coaching but I was somehow drawn to Natalia because I felt she looked very genuine and kind, and plus she practices what she preaches and her discipline and dedication shows on her, which makes it a great role model for me and my own goals. And my intuition was right, I found her to be one of the kindest person I have ever met. She takes her work very seriously and this is vocational for her as you can truly see she loves what she does. I have achieved goals with Natalia I never thought could be possible. Since working with her, I learned the good habits, to always prioritize protein and veggies, to listen to my body when it comes to balance, but also that consistency pays off. Today, I have reached 15% body fat and I am building muscle little by little with a consistent workout plan. My waist is smaller, I start seeing my abs (despite working abs for as long as I can remember), and everything i try on fits me perfectly, which is one of the best feelings in the world!

The monthly calls were a game changer and the regular check-ins by email were a game changer for me. Having an experienced professional telling you what you need to do and explaining the fluctuations in your journey, and answering all the questions you have but also motivating you when you are down. I found Natalia on Instagram and I saw her profile and I saw her own journey and her results and it was just a feeling and an intuition that I really felt like we needed to work together. I had decided to finally do something for myself and my body. For the last 13 years, the focus had mainly been on my children and I had forgotten about myself a little. I was never fat, but I didn't feel fit, I wanted to be more toned, but I had no idea how to incorporate workouts into my everyday life with the children. I thought it was best to work out every day. At least 2 hours. And the idea alone overwhelmed me.

When I saw Natalia's program, I could hardly believe that you can achieve so much with such short workouts that can be easily integrated into everyday life. So I gave it a try.

The exercises worked really well, could be done quickly with the children and, more importantly, I learned to look after myself again. I didn't stick strictly to Natalia's meal plan, but I paid attention to the composition. I made sure I really drank enough because I had to track it and suddenly I also made sure I went to bed rather than doing the laundry quickly so that I could somehow get my 7 hours of sleep. That was my biggest learning, to put myself in focus.

And after just 2 weeks I realized that something had changed. The body started to feel more defined and when I looked at the before/after pictures I was really surprised. But the best thing was and is that Natalia is happy about every little success with you. She motivates me not to give up and when I had bad days, she showed me what I had already achieved and that I shouldn't be so hard on myself.
