The Brava Method

You eat healthy. You train hard.
But you still don’t see the abs you want.

You’re not the problem.
Your strategy is.

It’s not about doing more.
It’s about doing the right things consistently, and finally knowing what they are.

REAL PEOPLE, REAL RESULTS

“In the past month I have already lost three to four kilos. But that is only the numbers, I really see visible changes in my body. I am so much more lean, the abs are getting more and more visible, and to be honest I must say I’m really happy with myself.”

Nathalie

If you’re here, you’re probably doing everything “right.”

You’re disciplined. You show up. You genuinely try.

But your body doesn’t reflect the effort you’re putting in.
Your stomach feels like the last place to change.
And you’re tired of wondering what you’re missing.

Maybe you’ve tried strict dieting.
Maybe you’ve tried eating “clean.”
Maybe you’ve tried doing more cardio, more classes, more everything…

And still.

Still the definition you want isn’t there.

If any part of this feels familiar, you’re in the right place.
Because nothing is wrong with you.
You’re not lazy. You’re not undisciplined.

You’ve simply never been taught the method that works.

And that’s exactly what Brava gives you.

WHAT THE BRAVA METHOD ACTUALLY IS

The Brava Method is a quarterly commitment that runs year-round.
You can join at any time, and your three months begin the day you start.

It’s a commitment because that’s how long it really takes:

  • to see your body respond

  • to see fat loss in your midsection

  • to start building visible ab lines

  • to make the habits feel natural instead of forced

If you’re just looking to “test something” for a few weeks, this is not for you.
Brava is for people who are ready to actually change.

Brava is for you if:

  • You’re disciplined and can execute a plan on your own when you’re given clear steps.

  • You’re willing to track your food and be honest with yourself.

  • You’re tired of guessing and just want someone to tell you exactly what to do.

  • You have a busy life, but you’re ready to prioritize the basics and build a real routine.

  • You want a six-pack, but you also want a lifestyle you can keep.

Brava is NOT for you if:

  • You refuse to track your food or check your habits.

  • You want a quick 28 day fix or a detox.

  • You’re not willing to follow a plan, even when life gets busy.

  • You want a coach to check-in with you daily, hold your hand, and give you pep-talks when you're not motivated instead of taking responsibility and doing the work.

If you can show up, follow instructions, and stay consistent for a quarter,
this will work for you.
If you won’t, it won’t. It’s that simple.

How The Brava Method Actually Works

Instead of throwing random workouts and tips at you,

Brava gives you a clear structure.

Every day, you’ll know:

  • What you’re eating (because your targets are set)

  • How you’re moving (your program is laid out)

  • What you’re focusing on (through your habit checklist)

Each week, you’ll:

  • Follow 3 strength sessions

  • Do 10 minutes of abs a day using my secret sauce

  • Check off your non-negotiables (steps, water, & sleep.)

  • Bring your questions and sticking points to the coaching calls

  • Get feedback and adjust so you don’t stay stuck

You’re not left to “figure it out.”

Your entire quarter is mapped out:

  • Workouts in your app

  • Nutrition targets set for you

  • A checklist that shows you, day by day, whether you’re actually doing the things that matter

  • Community and calls so you’re never stuck in your own head

The structure is simple.
The power comes from actually following it.

FREQUENTLY ASKED QUESTIONS

How many workouts per week, and will I have time?
Brava is built for busy people. You’ll have 3 strength sessions per week (you can choose 20 minutes or 45 minutes so it works for your schedule) and 10 minutes of abs every day. The rest is lifestyle habits: walking, water, sleep, and your nutrition. It’s not about living in the gym. It’s about doing the right things consistently.

Is this personalized?
The foundation is the same for everyone, because these are the basics every body needs.
Your nutrition targets are personalized, and you can ask specific questions and get feedback inside the Brava Circle and on the coaching calls. You’re not just “downloading a plan” and disappearing.

Why is it a quarterly commitment? Why not one month?
You cannot judge a method or deem it transformative in 4 weeks. The first month may feel messy. Life happens. That’s normal. Three months is when you start to really see and feel change and know if something works. A quarter gives your body time to respond, and it gives you time to build real habits instead of just pushing for a few weeks and quitting.

Will this work for me? I’ve tried so many things.

Yes, if you show up and follow the basics, this will work for you.

If you track your food, follow the workouts, and check off your habits honestly, your body will respond. I have not seen someone stay consistent with the Brava foundations for a full quarter and not change.

And here’s the truth:
You don’t even need the coaching to get results.

If you prefer to do this completely on your own, I offer the Brava Method Guide, a detailed PDF that walks you through the entire system step by step. Many people have bought the guide, followed it independently, and achieved amazing transformations without ever joining the coaching.

So why join the quarterly coaching?

Because coaching gives you what the PDF can’t:

  • accountability

  • structure

  • the app that tracks everything for you

  • weekly calls

  • community

  • and direct access to me when you have questions or need guidance

A lot of clients stay for the full year because the coaching helps them stay grounded in the basics, prioritize what matters, and stay consistent long-term.

But let me be clear:
If you are NOT willing to track your food or follow the plan, Brava is not for you.

This program works, but only if you do.

Is this too advanced for me?
No. The structure is the same, but the way you execute can be scaled to your level. You can adjust weights, reps, and intensity. You can ask for modifications if something doesn’t work for your body. The goal is progress, not perfection.

Do I have to share progress pictures or weigh myself?
You don’t have to share anything with me if you don’t want to. But I can only coach you based on the information you give me. If you don’t log your food, don’t track anything, and don’t provide data, it limits how much I can help you. If you’re completely against tracking, this probably isn’t the right program for you.

Why this instead of one-on-one coaching?
Most people don’t need someone in their pocket 24/7. They need a clear plan, a strong foundation, accountability, and a place to ask questions. Brava gives you that at a fraction of the cost of 1:1, with the added benefit of a community walking the same path. I do offer 1:1 coaching, but you must complete one quarter on the Brava Method to demonstrate you are committed and willing to put in the work.

What happens after my first quarter?
You can continue as long as you want. Many clients stay quarter after quarter because the structure works for them, and they keep getting stronger, leaner, and more confident. This isn’t a one-off challenge. It’s a system you can keep as your lifestyle.

Meet Natalia

Founder of Sea to Dream | Creator of The Brava Discipline Method

I used to really struggle with my weight, especially understanding why.

Why I gained weight easily. Why I had to fight harder than others to keep it off. Why counting calories wasn’t working when I knew, deep down, there had to be more to it.

If calories were all that mattered, I could live on two-three cupcakes a day... but I knew that wasn’t true.

I’ve always had an appetite, especially when I’m stressed. And like many high-achievers, stress was my default state. I wanted to do more, achieve more, push harder, and in the process, I lost touch with how my body actually worked. For years I bounced between restriction and frustration, until one day, I decided enough.

During COVID, I finally had time, and no excuses. I couldn’t train the way I wanted to, so I made a decision: I would become my own personal trainer and nutritionist. I studied, got certified, and became my first client.

For three months, I followed everything I learned with precision and purpose, and the results blew me away. I built visible abs, real strength, and the kind of confidence I’d been chasing my entire life.

I didn’t plan on coaching. But when I started sharing my journey online, people began reaching out, telling me they felt the same way: stuck, disciplined, and still not seeing progress. They didn’t understand why their belly fat wouldn’t go away, or why they felt tired and lost despite doing “everything right.” That’s when I realized, this was my calling.

That’s how Sea to Dream was born.

Because I believe you can achieve your dream body, and your best self, through the discipline you already have. You don’t need more willpower; you need clarity. That’s why I created the Brava Discipline Method, a structured, sustainable way to understand your body, eat without restriction, train with purpose, and finally feel confident in your choices.

My goal isn’t to keep you in my program forever. My goal is to teach you how to trust yourself, so you can make decisions confidently, maintain your results, and never have to guess again.

The aesthetics are just the byproduct of something deeper: your health, your energy, your mindset, your discipline, finally in alignment.

This is my passion, my purpose, and my life’s work.

And if you’re ready, I’ll show you exactly how to build the same confidence and strength that changed mine.
